If you can, tell us the browser and whether you were on a phone, because many problems only show up on one of them, and the title of the document, if it is about one.

If your question is about price, the Pricing page lists every plan and what each one includes, so a reply may not be needed at all. When you do write, one clear question gets the fastest answer.
